GrayTraderView is a trading journal and analytics engine. It does not provide live market data, real-time price feeds, or independent market research. The platform processes and displays trade data synced from users' connected prop firm and brokerage accounts. As such, the accuracy and completeness of all analytics, equity curves, drawdown metrics, and performance reports depend entirely on the accuracy of data provided by those connected third-party platforms.

We cannot guarantee:

• Accuracy of trade data imported or synced from third-party prop firm platforms or brokerages
• Uninterrupted availability of account sync connections to third-party platforms
• Freedom from errors, delays, or discrepancies introduced by connected external platforms
• That aggregated analytics (including multi-account and master-slave configurations) reflect perfectly real-time account states
• Completeness of historical trade data dependent on third-party data availability

You should verify all data independently against your brokerage or prop firm statements before relying on any analytics for trading decisions.

5. No Broker-Dealer or RIA Registration

Gray Ridge Technology LLC is NOT a registered broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor (CTA), investment advisor, or financial planner. We do not:
